Cancellations on non-customized orders are accepted up until the item has been shipped.
Refunds are case by case scenario. Quality and customer satisfaction are my top priority! If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate contact me directly! In general, items accepted for return/exchange must be unused and buyer must pay return shipping charges and a restocking fee of $2.00. Custom made items may not be accepted for return. However, if the fault is on my end, your item will be replaced free of charge. Simple as that.
